A quick update!

We are back in Rwanda the Masai Mara was amazing I saw lots of LIONS and many other animals! We are off to the Gorilla's Nest today! Lots of updates to come on Wednesday! And then I will be 20!!!!

Day 25 (August 4, 2009)

7 DAYS or 1 WEEK TILL MY BIRTHDAY!

This morning was rainy which was good/bad. It meant we could not be outside which sucks but it was good because we leave for safari tomorrow morning so there was lots to be done for that.  When it stopped rainy we went outside for a bit, had lunch, more playing inside and out, dinner, and lots of packing. We brought with us 3 carry-on suitcases, 1 big one, 2 backpacks, & 1 dvd/toy bag that attaches onto a carry-on (we have a lot of bags) But I got all that we will need for the next few days (clothes, snacks, bathroom things, first aid kit, etc) into 2 carry-on suitcases! (Mom you would be proud BUT I still need you to help me when I am home) We still have our backpacks and the toy bag tho :) So it was a busy day just doing that alone! 

We leave early tomorrow (Wednesday) morning but I have scheduled post while I am gone so check back :)

25 plus things about ME

1. I think sometimes crying helps the most... and I do it often enough to know
2. I am slowly becoming more and more organized and it is kind of fun
3. I am a closet chocolate eater
4. My toes have to be painted or I freak out
5. I talk to my mom and aunt everyday sometimes more then once and I would not have it any other way
6. For most of my life I have been a huge control freak but i am trying to let up a bit on that
7. I think anyone’s birthday is much better then Christmas
8. I am obsessed with Blockbuster online and have over 150 movies on my queue at any point
9. I would rather sit on the floor then in a chair
10. I am okay with going to movies by myself
11. I can not remember the last time I had soda
12. I forget to eat a lot of the time till I am really really hungry
13. I hardly ever eat anything I bake
14. I will put anyone’s thought’s, need’s, anything before myself and my happiness (its not always a good thing)
15. I have a hard time sitting and watching a play. I spend most of it thinking of all the things I would do different in my head... Makes it hard to enjoy it
16. I have 2 homes in 2 different states and “I get the best of both worlds”
17. The perfect day to me is warming my soul in the sun with smoothies, watermelon, tanning oil, and a few great friends (I would do anything for that right NOW)
18. some of my closest friends call me Mom and I’m okay with it because I act like it most of the time
19. This past year I have really learned who my friends are and I can say I have the MOST AMAZING friends ever
20. I love to color
21. I have probably the best job in the world
22. Most of the time I have music from musicals playing in my car and I sing and dance to it
    
23. Even tho road trips take longer then flying I would much rather drive as long as friends were there
24. My new favorite thing is tights and I have a full drawer of them
25. I have probably spent more then half my life in a church and tho I would not have it any other way... I am not going to become a priest!
26. I don't like quiet at all I always have the TV or music on
    
27. I love to make lists and I do them for everything
