Cupcakes! Part 1

My new love in life is cupcakes and I could make them all the time! (I want to open a fun cupcake store one day!) But here are the first set of cupcakes I made! And I had so much fun! For Christmas I got a cupcake book and a cupcake calender and so both of these came out of both of them!

The next 12 post is a little recap of the last year of my life! It is for all of you to read (if you feel like it I tried to keep the writing short and there are pictures also) but it is also so that I can remember what I did in the year 2008! Which was an eventful year in many ways! And as happy as I am to see it gone and see what the future brings to me I am so sad for it to be over because a lot happened, and I met some amazing people, did some great and life changing things, and many things I never would have happened happened. So here is a goodbye to 2008 and Hello 2009 (a little late) Lets see what it brings ME! 

JANUARY 2008

January is always a hard month... with going back to school after Christmas, and then I was in lots of pain due to headaches and going to the doctors like once a week or sometimes more, the one acts, and realizing that Senior year and High School were coming to an end very fast (but then it seemed like it was taking forever!)

FEBRUARY 2008

February was an AMAZING month (but I am probably the only one to say it LOL) I found out what was causing my headaches and that I was going to have SURGERY, I chose to take a year off of school to be a nanny and travel!, I went on a scavenger hunt with friends around St. Paul, and Grease auditions happened and practice started!

MARCH 2008

March to say the least was a long month... I was in so much pain with headaches that I really can't remember most of it. I know that there was finals, and play practice, and lots and lots of counting down the days till March 26th when I was going to be all better! But I did attend a lot of basketball games (we got 4th in State) and I went to 2 out of the 3 games one of them was the day of the surgery so I didn't make it there lol But i did go to 2 with 26 staples in the back of my head! And had less doctors app because I we knew what was wrong with me!

APRIL 2008

April was a busy month with getting ready for the play, working on the "wall" with adolph, getting use to NO headaches, enjoying that it was getting nicer out, and just enjoying the end of senior year!

MAY 2008

May was a crazy busy month with the musical Grease, Senior stuff, prom, the Theatre banquet, getting ready for graduation, all the end of the year things on top of that, not wanting to be at school any more, last Spring Concert ever, "finals" and beautiful spring weather. It was a crazy busy month to say the least...

JUNE 2008

June was a crazy month with graduation, my open house, everyone else's open house, going to the cabin, getting my computer, hanging out with friends since I was leaving for all of July and then again for the year! It was also filled with lots of walks around Como, to Como, or just walks!

JULY 2008

I spent the first couple of days in MN hanging out and getting ready to leave for 3 weeks to go to the heat of Arizona, and once I got there I spent a week in the mountains at camp and then a week hanging out in the pool and getting ready to go to LA and then I spent the most amazing week of my life in LA feeding the Hungry! and going to DISNEYLAND for the fist time EVER!

AUGUST 2008

August is my ALL time favorite month (because it is my birthday of course!) I entered my last year as a teen and had the most AMAZING Birthday with all of my friends they really made it more special then then I could have ever imagined and I am so great full for it and could never say thank you enough! I spent a lot of August at the cabin like always but this year was better because Spencer, and mom were there but also the Garber's which makes the cabin that much better! I also moved to Arizona for good!

SEPTEMBER 2008

A lot of September was filled with me getting use to life in Arizona, and working full time! I workded a lot, and did a lot at church! And for the first time in years didn't go back to school in September!

OCTOBER 2008

October was filled with getting ready to leave, Halloween, getting use to the NO fall, hanging out, working, and enjoying the nice weather!

NOVEMBER 2008

I spent the whole month of November in Nepal, and Bangkok... Need I say more! It was the most amazing thing ever and I fell in love with traveling and Nepal!

DECEMBER 2008

This past December was spent getting back on a "normal" schedule, getting ready for Christmas, working, hanging out with friends, a lot of time at church and missing but also not missing the idea of a white Christmas. And I also applied and got accepted to Scottsdale Culinary school!
